Also called Inca inchi or Inca peanut, it is a climbing plant from the Amazon rainforest originally considered a wild plant.
The harvest takes place between the months of July to September.

SACHA INCHI OIL
Sacha Inchi oil is obtained from the cold-pressed seeds of the Inca nut.
It is rich in omega-3 fatty acids (approx. 48%), vitamins A and E.
Its flavor is slightly nutty and slightly earthy.
